1. Guarantee
If Customer is not completely satisfied, Customer may cancel and request a refund of the first month’s recurring core service fee within 30 calendar days after launch.
2. Covered Amount
The refund is limited to the first recurring core monthly fee actually paid. For the standard plan, that amount is $99.
3. Setup Fee
The $299 custom setup fee is non-refundable because Agent on Call performs individualized onboarding, business analysis, conversation design, configuration, testing, corrections, and launch work.
4. Exclusions
The guarantee does not cover taxes, optional services, advanced plans, integrations, additional work, third-party costs, chargeback fees, misconduct, or use outside the Reasonable Use Policy.
5. Request and Limit
A request must be made within 30 days through the support form, by calling (828) 642-0000, or by emailing billing@agentoncall.com. The guarantee is limited to one account per business, beneficial owner, related entity, or substantially similar operation.
6. Closure and Timing
A qualifying request cancels Service. Customer must disable forwarding and stop using assigned numbers, chat, and integrations. An approved refund will be initiated within 10 business days after verification; financial institutions may require additional posting time.
