1. Monthly Billing
AgentOnCall is billed at $99 per month, plus applicable taxes, for each standard business receptionist configuration. Stripe processes the payment, and the subscription renews automatically each month until canceled.
2. Cancellation
Cancel before the next renewal date to prevent future charges. Cancellation does not create a credit for the current paid billing period, and service may remain active through that period.
3. Payments
Payments are non-refundable except where required by law. There are no prorated credits for unused time, partial months, forwarding changes, delayed customer activation information, or customer decisions not to use the service after payment.
4. Failed Payments
Agent on Call may retry failed charges, request updated payment information, suspend service, or terminate service for nonpayment.
5. Additional Configurations
A materially different business, operating unit, telephone line, greeting, call flow, caller link, or notification setup may require another $99 monthly subscription or a separate written agreement.
6. Requests
Billing and cancellation requests may be submitted through the Support Center or by emailing billing@agentoncall.com.
